Gionee A1 and Gionee A1 Plus debut at MWC 2017 with bigger batteries

Gionee A1 and Gionee A1 Plus have similar features but it distinct when it comes to size.

Chinese smartphone maker Gionee unveils two new smartphones at MWC 2017 yesterday. The Gionee comes up with two smartphones one is  Gionee A1 and other is Gionee A1 Plus. Gionee A1 and Gionee A1 Plus have similar features but it distinct when it comes to size. Both smartphones are the new A-series smartphones that are special edition towards battery life and cameras. The Gionee A1 will be available in March while the A1 Plus will be available in April.

The Gionee A1 and A1 Plus features a metal body back with glass front. Gionee is the company which focus on selfie lovers and now also they have target selfie lovers. Gionee A1 and Gionee A1 Plus sport a home button in front which consists of fingerprint sensor as well in it. It is expected that fingerprint sensor to unlock the device within 0.2 seconds.  A1 Plus is the larger in size and gets a dual rear camera setup on the back with the Gionee logo just below. Gionee A1 and Gionee A1 plus are offered in Grey, Mocha Gold colour variants.

The Gionee A1 equipped with the 5-inch full-HD display with a 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass on top and is powered by a MediaTek Helio P10 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM. The device features 64GB of inbuilt storage and its expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB). In the camera department, Gionee A1 comes up with the 16-megapixel rear camera along with a 16-megapixel front facing the camera. Gionee A1 houses a 4010 mAh battery and sports Dual SIM, Dual Standby.   (ALSO READ: Xiaomi Surge S1 processor, designed by the company itself, launched)

The Gionee A1 plus sports 6-inch FHD in-cell display with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution with Android 7.0 with Gionee OS. It is powered by an Octa-core MediaTek Helio P25 with Mali-T880MP2 GPU coupled with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, Expandable up to 128GB. In the Rear camera department, it is equipped with the 13-megapixel+5-megapixel camera, 1/3.06-inches sensor, Autofocus, f/2.0, LED Flash, 5P lens and front facing the camera with 20-megapixel, 1/2.8-inches sensor, Fixed Focus, f/2.0, 5P lens, selfie flash. Gionee A1 plus is a great smartphone with stylish looks along with the usual fast charging, a 4550 mAh battery.
