New Delhi: Apple is all set to launch three new iPhones, Apple iPhone Xs, iPhone Xs Plus and iPhone Xc or iPhone Xr on Wednesday at the Steve Jobs Theatre in the Apple Park Campus in California. New iPads and Apple Watch 4 will also be released today.
Ahead of the release, specifications of the iPhone are being discussed. If reports are to believed, the iPhone Xs Plus will also have the biggest display size– that is, 6.5-inch display. Both the iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Plus will continue to have an OLED display with the edge-to-edge design.
Reportedly, Apple iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Plus are both expected to have 4GB RAM. Both the phones will have dual-rear cameras, while the front camera will continue with all the extra hardware for Face ID. It is also likely to have a 3000-3400 mAh 2-cell battery.
The new Apple iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Plus will be powered by the A12 chipset, the latest processor from the company. As per reports, the new iPhone Xs series will be up for pre-order from September 14 and go on sale on September 21 in India.
Apple iPhone Xs will start at USD 999 pricing which will be the same as the original iPhone X. However, the iPhone Xs Plus could cross the USD 1000 price mark for the base variant. Meanwhile, iPhone, the Xr variant may not have a ‘budget’ price tag. It may have a starting price of USD 600 to USD 699. However, as per various analysts, Xr may start at USD 749 and go up all the way to USD 899.
Keep in mind this variant could be delayed due to production issues, and might not go on sale on September 21, like the other iPhones.
