Section 144 in Telangana: The Telangana Police said the section 144 will be imposed from 4 PM on May 25 to 4 PM on May 27 at all polling locations in the zone till completion of the elections and also on the date of repoll if any.
Section 144 Imposed, Gatherings Banned In Telangana. .
Hyderabad: Section 144 was imposed in Telangana’s Bhongir Zone of Rachakonda Police Commissionerate limits because of the biennial elections of Telangana State Legislative Council from Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda Graduates’ Constituency on May 27.
The Telangana Police said the section 144 will be imposed from 4 PM on May 25 to 4 PM on May 27 at all polling locations in the zone till completion of the elections and also on the date of repoll if any.
MLC Bypolls: Check Elaborate Arrangements
Ahead of the polls, the Election Commission of India (ECI) has made elaborate arrangements for the smooth conduct of council elections.
In the wake of these development, the EC asked all the private managements and authorities of business, trade, industrial undertaking or other establishments in the State to arrange necessary facilities to their employees to cast their vote during election to the Telangana State Legislative Council on May 27.

Unlawful assembly of five or more people banned.
Unauthorised processions or demonstrations banned.
political or religious gatherings are banned.
Use of private drones in a radius of 1 km of government establishments banned.
People from carrying sticks, rods, tridents, swords, and firearms in public places banned.
Namaz, pooja, or any type of religious processions will be completely prohibited in public places.
No person will neither try nor inspire anyone to offer puja, namaz at disputed sites where the practice is not prevalent.
No person will insult each other’s religious scriptures.
Any kind of religious flags, banners, posters on religious places, walls are banned.
