Brad Pitt born as Willian Bradley Pitt on December 18, 1963, at Shawnee, Oklahoma. He is a renowned Hollywood actor and producer. Pitts father name was William Alvin Piit, he used to run a truck company and his mother name was Jane Etta, who was a school counselor. He has got two younger siblings Douglas (born 1966) and Julie Neal (born 1969). For films like Legends of the fall and Fight Club 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button,' 12 years a slave, 'Moneyball' Brad Pitt won Academy Award and Golden Globe Award. Brad Pitt attended Kickapoo High School and he was a member of the golf, swimming and tennis teams in school. Pitt has also taken part in the school's Key and Forensics clubs, in musicals, in school debates. In 1982, Pitt enrolled himself in the University of Missouri after graduation from high school. He took journalism as main subject with a focus on advertising. And just two weeks before graduation exam, Pitt did not feel ready to appear for the exam. He loved films "a portal into different worlds for me" and he decided to go to where they were made since films were not made in Missouri. When graduation approached without earning his degree, Pitt left the university and moved to Los Angeles. In LA he worked odd jobs and took acting lessons. In 1991 Pitt mad his first debut as a cowboy hitchhiker in the road movie Thelma & Louise and he gained sudden recognition. And with the dramas like A River Runs Through It in 1992, Interview with the Vampire in 1994, Legends of the Fall in 1994 he got first leading roles by big-budget productions. In the year 1995, with the films like Seven and the science fiction film 12 Monkeys he got praised for his wonderful performances. Later on he earned a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor and an Academy Award nomination for these films. Pitt has also starred in the movies like Filght Club in 1999, some majorly hit films like Oceans Eleven in 2001, Oceans Twelve in 2004, Oceans thriteen in 2007, Troy in 2004, Mr. & Mrs. Smith in 2005 and World WarZ in 2013. For his leading performances in The Curious case of Benjamin Button in 2008 and Moneyball in 2011, Brad Pitt received his second and third Academy Award nominations. Pitt has produced films like 12 Years a Slave in 2013 and The Departed in 2006 and both the films won Academy Award for Best Picture. Movies like The Tree of Life, Moneyball and The Big Short in 2015 also won Best Picture nominations.Earlier, Pitt took lessons acting Coach Roy London, when he was struggling to establish himself in Los Angeles. Brad Pitt began his career in 1987 as second leads or junior artist in the films like No Way Out, Less Than Zero and No Mans Land. In May 1987, with a two-episode role on the NBC soap opera Another World his TV debut came. On the ABC sitcom Growing Pains, Pitt had a guest appearance in 1987. He appeared in four episodes of the CBS primetime series Dallas between December 1987 and February 1988 as Randy, the boyfriend of Charlie Wade (played by Shalane McCall). Later in 1988, Pitt made a guest appearance on the Fox police drama 21 Jump Street. In the year 1988, the YugoslavianU.S. co-production The Dark Side of the Sun (1988) gave Pitt his first leading film role, as a young American taken by his family to the Adriaticto find a remedy for a skin condition. Pitt made two motion picture appearances in 1989: the first in a supporting role in the comedy Happy Together; the second a featured role in the horror film Cutting Class, the first of Pitt's films to reach theaters.[He made guest appearances on television series Head of the Class, Freddy's Nightmares, Thirtysomething, and (for a second time) Growing Pains.In 2006, Brad Pitt founded the Make It Right Foundation for organizing housing professionals in New Orleans to finance and construct 150 sustainable, affordable new houses in New Orleans's Ninth Ward following the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina. Pitt is also a supporter of same-sex marriage. Pitt said in an interview with Esquire on October 2006 that he would marry Jolie when everyone in America is legally able to marry. In September 2008, he donated $100,000 to the campaign against California's 2008 ballot proposition Proposition 8, an initiative to overturn the state Supreme Court decision that had legalized same-sex marriage.In the late 1980s and early 1990s, Pitt was involved in successive relationships with several of his co-stars, including Robin Givens, Jill Schoelen and Juliette Lewis. In addition, from 1994 to 1997 Pitt had a much-publicized romance and engagement to his Seven co-star Gwyneth Paltrow.In 1998, Pitt met Friends actress Jennifer Aniston and got married with her in a private wedding ceremony in Malibu on July 29, 2000. For years their marriage however, in January 2005, Pitt and Aniston announced they had decided to separate. Two months later, Aniston filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. Then he met Angelina Jolie during Mr. & Mrs. Smith and they started dating each other. After several years of togetherness, they got married in the year on August 23, 2014. Brangelina has got six children together; out of six three of them are biological and another three are adopted. But unfortunately on September 19, 2016, Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt, citing irreconcilable differences.
