Cyclone 'Montha' is getting stronger over the Bay of Bengal and is likely to make landfall near Kakinada on the Andhra Pradesh coast by the evening of October 28. The IMD has issued warnings for strong winds, rough sea waves, and possible flooding in parts of Andhra Pradesh and Odisha.
