Gagan Narang is an Olympic bronze medal winner. Narang won the bronze in mens 10m Air Rifle event at the 2012 London Olympics. The 33-year-old has been conferred with the Padma Shri in 2011 and the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award in 2010. Narang will compete across three different events 10m Air Rifle, 50m Rifle Prone and 50m Rifle 3 positions at Rio just like he did in 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games. The shooter will be hoping for another medal as this years Games will be his fourth participation at the Olympics. Narang became an inspiration to young shooters across India after his bronze medal triumph at the 2012 Olympic Games. Millions of Indians will be hoping that Narang goes two steps further and bring home a gold medal
