Lopamudra  Raut is a popular Indian model and beauty queen from the state of Maharashtra. And in this year’s Bigg Boss 10, Lopamudra Raut is one of the fifteen contestants. As winning has always been her thing, Lopamudra knows how to conquer the viewers’ hearts along with a couple of pageants that she has won for herself.

She represented India at ‘Miss United Continents 2016’ pageant and was crowned 2nd runner-up. She also won the "Best National Costume" award for India three years in a row. Previous representatives of India, Gail Nicole Da Silva in 2014 and Sushrii Shreya Mishraa in 2015 also won the award and now a contestant on Bigg Boss 10.

The audience is eyeing this beauty queen for a lot more because this reality show is much known for creating controversies and a lot of fights. But before the season starts rolling, here are some exclusive bits on who is Lopamudra Raut and what is it that you must know about this leggy lass.

She was born on October 7, 1991 and she has brought up by her parents in Nagpur in the state of Maharashtra. Lopamudra completed her schooling in her hometown. She acquired her graduation degree in Electrical engineering from G. H. Raisoni College of Engineering and Management.

Lopamudra participated in Femina's regional pageant of Goa in 2013 and was first runner-up. It gave her a direct entry to participate in Femina Miss India 2013, where she was a finalist. She participated in Femina Miss India 2014 where she won the subtitle Miss Body Beautiful and made it to the top 5.  In the same year she took part in Miss Diva - 2014 pageant and made it to top 7 as a finalist. In 2016, finally her dream participating in an international platform came true. She was selected by Femina organizers to compete in Miss United Continents pageant. Lopamudra was crowned as 2nd RU runner up at Miss United Continents 2016 which took place on 25th September 2016 in Guayaquil, Ecuado. The model even took to Twitter before entering the Bigg Boss 10 house and thanked her fans, family and friends for their support and while speaking to the audience, the model went a bit emotional too. She won many hearts with her beauty and brain.

Lopamudra gave India hat trick in National Costume and she also went on to win the Best National Costume round. Her costume was designed by Melvyn Noronha. This is the third consecutive victory for India for Best National costume at this pageant.

While it will be interesting to see what all she can do to grab eyeballs and gain popularity inside the Bigg Boss house, in the outside world she has quite many hobbies out of which travelling and socialising are her favourites. She is a secret admirer of the American actor, filmmaker, and activist George Timothy Clooney.

Well, socialising is one of her positives and we can be sure that she can at least sail through evictions for at least a couple of weeks. Apart from that, she loves playing guitar, singing and in fact, is also a trained Kathak dancer. And then when it comes to singing, the gorgeous beauty looks up to the Barbadian singer and songwriter Rihanna. Gorgeous Lopamudra is not dating anyone. She is very much single. She is currently focusing on her career growth. Lopamudra is all set to give tough competition to other common contestants and celebrities contestants.
