Urging liquor baron Vijay Mallya to end his game of 'ducks and drakes' with the Supreme Court, former attorney general Soli Sorabjee on Tuesday said non-compliance with the court's orders could prima facie be declared as contempt of court.

A former employee of Kingfisher Airlines on Tuesday appealed to courts in Britain to declare Businessman Vijay Mallya guilty. "After the Supreme Court's directions now even the UK government should announce the judgment against Vijay Mallya," former Kingfisher Airlines employee Neetu Shukla told ANI.

After the Supreme Court found liquor baron Vijay Mallya guilty of contempt and summoned him to personally appear on July 10, lawyer representing SBI consortium, Soumik Ghoshal on Tuesday said that if Mallya is not able to give reasons for the contempt of court then he will be punished.
