West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Sunday won the Bhabanipur by-polls by a record margin of over 58,000 votes.

"I have won the Bhabanipur Assembly bypolls with a margin of 58,832 votes and have registered the victory in every ward of the constituency", said Mamata after addressing her party workers in Kolkata.

For the Bhabanipur constituency, the counting will be held in 21 rounds at the Sakhawat Memorial School of Kolkata. For Samserganj and Jangipur constituency, counting will be held in 26 and 24 rounds respectively.

Bhabanipur Bypolls: As per the latest updates, the Election Commission will begin counting of votes at 8 AM and the results will be clear based on trends by the afternoon. Notably, there will be 21 rounds of counting of votes in the Bhabanipur constituency.
