Tata Motors owned Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) has launched locally assembled Range Rover Evoque in India at a starting price of INR 48.73 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai). The award winning Sports Utility Vehicle will be manufactured in the company’s Pune plant and has been added to support sales growth in the local market. The India-made Range Rover Evoque is already available for sale with deliveries expected to begin from early April 2015. The SUV will be offered in three different variants - Pure, Dynamic & Prestige and has been priced in the range of INR INR 48.73 - 56.21 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai).
