Russia Invites Taliban To Moscow For International Talks On Afghanistan On October 20

Moscow in March hosted an international conference on Afghanistan, which was attended by Russia, the United States, China and Pakistan. They issued a joint statement calling for the warring Afghan sides government and insurgents to arrive at a peace deal and check violence.
