Shahid Afridi, born on March 1, 1980, in Khyber is a Pakistani cricketer who made his ODI debut in 1996. He is a right-handed batsman and a right arm leg spinner and plays for Pakistan as an all-rounder. He is credited with scoring the most number of sixes in the history of Test cricket. He is also one of the leading wicket takers in Twenty20 cricket. Afridi became captain of the Pakistani team for ODIs and led the team in 34 matches.
