Sherlyn Chopra

Sherlyn Chopra is an Indian actress and model who works predominantly in the Hindi film industry. She made her acting debut in 2002 in Telegu movie Vendi Mabbu, and in 2012 she became the first Indian woman to pose for Playboy magazine in the nude.

In 2002, Sherlyn made an appearance as an item number in Tamil movie University under the name Mona Chopra, and in the same year, she had a small role, playing a nanny in English movie Beeper which had starred Harvey Keitel, Joey Lauren Adams, Ed Quinn, and Gulshan Grover in lead roles.

2005 TO 2017:

Sherlyn has starred and made an appearance in a number of movies, namely, A Film by Aravind (Telegu-2005), Time Pass (Hindi-2005), Dosti: Friends Forever (Hindi-2005), Jawani Diwani: A Youthful Joyride (Hindi-2006), Something Special (Telegu-2006), Naughty Boy (Hindi-2006), Game (Hindi-2007), Raqeeb [(Hindi-2007) special appearance], Red Swastik (Hindi-2007), Dil Bole Hadippa! (Hindi-2009), Kamasutra 3D [(English-2014) not completed], a special appearance in the song Dil Mein Chhuppa Loonga in 2016 movie Wajah Tum Ho. In 2017, Sherlyn starred in a short film titled Maya that was directed, written, and produced by her.

As far as television was concerned, Sherlyn was a contestant on the reality show Bigg Boss 3 in 2009, and she played host on MTV Splitsvilla 6 along with Nikhil Chinappa.

PERSONAL LIFE:

Sherlyn Chopra was born Mona Chopra on February 11, 1984 in Hyderabad in the state of Telangana to George Amitabh Chopra and Susan Chopra, and she has a brother and a sister. She studied at the Stanley Girls High School and Saint Ann's College for Women in Secunderabad, and she had been crowned Miss Andhra in 1999. Apart from acting, she also sings, releasing a single in December 2013 titled Bad Girl.
