Sultan stars Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma in a never-seen0before avatar - that of a wrestler. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and produced by Aditya Chopra under the Yash Raj Films banner, the movie is one of the biggest blockbusters of 2016. The story of Sultan majorly revolves around Sultan Ali Khan (played by Salman Khan), a wrestler who hails from a small town in Haryana and he has been dealing with problems in his professional and personal life. Such are the ways of life that Sultan has no option but to regain his lost glory, no matter what. He is not exactly getting young and regaining the lost ground is his relentless quest. Does he succeed?
The music for Sultan has been composed by Vishal-Shekhar. The movie released on July 6, 2016, and went on to be one of the biggest blockbusters of Indian cinema.
