Tum Bin 2 is an Indian romantic drama film, written, co-produced and directed by Anubhav Sinha and produced by Bhushan Kumar, under the T-Series banner. The film is the sequel to the 2001 romantic drama film Tum Bin. It features Neha Sharma, Aditya Seal and Aashim Gulati in lead roles. The film was released on 18 November 2016. The music album was released on 21 October. Apart from Neha Sharma, Aditya Seal and Aashim Gulati, the cast of the film also includes Kanwaljit Singh and Mouni Roy. Mouni Roy will be featuring in the movie in a special appearance.

Tum Bin 2 is an intense love story. Talk is that, the movie will be no where related to its original. It is the sequel to 2001 superhit film Tum Bin. The original film starred Priyanshu Chatterjee, Himanshu Malik, Rakesh Vashisth and Sandali Sinha in lead roles. The movie Tum Bin 2 features Neha Sharma, Aditya Seal and Aashim Gulati in lead roles. The film is shot in Scotland in the cities of Glasgow and Edinburgh. Filmmaker Anubhav Sinha is returning as director after a gap of four years with this sequel of 2001 romantic drama 'Tum Bin'. The film stars Ek Chhoti si Love Story fame Aditya Seal, Youngistan actress Neha Sharma and TV actor Aashim Gulati in lead roles. As per the sources, the movie lead actors have been selected after doing 1500 screen tests. The official announcement of the film was in March 2016 and the principal photography commenced in April 2016. The film will be released on 18 November 2016. The film was shot mainly in Glasgow and other regions in Scotland.

The soundtrack of the movie is composed by Ankit Tiwari & Nikhil - Vinay with lyrics written by Manoj Muntashir. The new Koi Fariyad song mixed with vocals from Rekha Bharadwaj changes the mood of the song slightly and the songTeri Baarishe or Ishq Mubarak seems a bit out of tune in the intro and is one of the rare Arijit songs that don't seem inviting. The party number Jaeger Bomb too doesn't do that well as a party number. Sung and written by Arko, Dil Nawaziyan sees a lot of influence of the singer on the composition and falls back to Indian classical feel or skews toward a fusion ghazal. Masta gets a Honky Tonk treatment that reminds you of Cotton Eye Joe. Arijit's Dekh Lena is considered as one of the most popular song of the movie. The film is scheduled for release on 18 November 2016. The music album was released on 21 October. Apart from Neha Sharma, Aditya Seal and Aashim Gulati, the cast of the film also includes Kanwaljit Singh and Mouni Roy. Mouni Roy will be featuring in the movie in a special appearance. The demonetization of the 500 and 1000 notes by Narendra Modi led NDA government is considered to affect the business not only Tum Bin II, but all the other movies being released during this period.
