Umar Khalid Attack: Delhi Police Arrests Duo Who Claimed to Have Attacked JNU Student

The two had claimed to attack Umar Khalid and announced that they would surrender at a Punjab village on August 17 but failed to even turn up at the police station. However, when the Special Cell visited the village of Sikh revolutionary Kartar Singh Sarabha, where they were supposed to surrender, a police officer told them that the duo could not be located in their village Jhajjar in Haryana either.
