At a distance of around 25 km from Ahmedabad, the Siddhivinayak Temple of Mahemdabad city is a popular spot for pilgrims from the largest and most populous city of Gujarat. The temple lies along the banks of the Vatrak Mahemdavad, and is accessible via Dakor Road. It is one of the largest temples in the region, with a sprawling complex and an in-built elevator facility inside. Relatively new, the temple was established in 2011 by Narendra Bhai Purohit, built in a year on a budget of around INR 14 crore. Spread across around 600,000 square feet, the temple itself is around 71 feet in height and 120 feet in length, and the main deity of Ganesh inside stands 56 feet tall. Considered the god of good luck, pilgrims flock to this temple to seek the blesses of Ganesh for all their endeavors. The temple complex has parking facilities for up to 50 buses and 500 cars and other vehicles, with lift and ramp facilities. There is also a large garden to explore here once you are done praying and seeing the temple.
