The shopping fiesta is organised annually by the Indo German Chamber of Commerce, and thank god for them, Delhi gets to have its share of Christmasy fun. You could go around munching on gingerbread cookies, indulging in Bratwurst sausages and sipping on mulled wine while having a ball of a time with some live music in the background. Since it’s a children-friendly event,  you could tag your toddlers along and they wouldn’t be bored at all. There is a lot for them to do like taking part in a painting competition, visiting the shops to meeting a friendly Santa Claus who will be handing small presents out to them throughout.

Though the Christmas scene in Delhi is low-key as compared to Goa or even Kolkata – this fair kind of makes up for it by setting up a beautiful ambiance in the heart of central Delhi. You can’t expect anything else but a beautiful start to a merry Christmas here.
