You must head to Kyaitkiyo Pagoda in Myanmar, also known as the Golden Rock Pagoda. It proudly stands 3,615 feet above the sea level; and is a visual delight. What’s actually unique about it is that it sits on the summit of a large golden egg-shaped stone, half of which hangs off the slope.
The whole of Japan is beautiful, but if you have to pick, visit one of Japan’s most sacred sites for Buddhist pilgrims, Mount Koya. It is located in the peaceful area of Wakayama Prefecture, south of Kyoto and Osaka, Koya-san. Apart from the Shukubo temple, the place has more gorgeous spots like Torodo Hall, Kongobuji Temple and Banryutei Rock Garden.
