Located on the east bank of Lake Pichola is a palace complex called City Palace, Udaipur. A fusion of Rajasthani and Mughal architectural styles, the palace buildings offer a panoramic view that will take your breath away. Its history will leave you stunned. 2. Lake Pichola


Lake Pichola is an artificial fresh water lake created in 1362 AD. Two islands, Jag Niwas and Jag Mandir are located within Pichola Lake. In the heart of the lake stands the Lake Palace, that is now converted to a heritage hotel.

3. Apni Dhani


Apni Dhani is a wonderful place to spend your evening in Udaipur. Right from magic shows, puppet shows, nat ka tamasha, traditional dance performances to unlimited Rajasthani food, Apni Dhani has it all.

4. Jagdish Temple


Jagdish Temple is a large Hindu Temple in Udaipur. It is an example of Indo-Aryan architecture. One can admire architecture and art by visiting this temple. Around the temple, one can also shop for Rajasthani clothes and paintings.

5. Karni Mata Ropeway


A ropeway is built from Doodh Talai Gardens to Karni Mata Temple. While the Temple is nice, it’s the ropeway and the view that is the major attraction. One can’t stop clicking pictures from the ropeway cable car. And even on reaching the top, the city’s view is mesmerising.
