Hong Kong market, situated in Hakim Para in Siligri is an ideal spot for all shopaholics. This place is always swarming with people and for anybody who loves shopping; you can shop a lot of imported goods at pocket-friendly prices. 2. Coronation Bridge

The Coronation Bridge is a famous tourist attraction in Siliguri. Also known as the Sevoke Bridge, it is spread across the Teesta River and tourists get a beautiful view of the river flowing with picturesque scenery of the dense forest around. The bridge connects the Darjeeling and  Jalpaiguri districts.  The interesting part is this bridge has other names as well, like the locals would like to call it Baghpool. As a dedication to Kali, every year this temple sees innumerable devotees , especially during Navratri and Durga Puja. The most beautiful part about this temple is the stunningly adorned shrine of Kali with jewels and armory. Newly-wed couples are believed to visit this place for a prosperous married life. Located in the outskirts of Siliguri, Salugara Monastery has a 100 ft. stupa which is what attracts tourists the most. For peace-loving travelers this is an ideal place for meditation which was established by His Holiness Dalai Lama and his followers.
The shrine is believed to bring out 5 relics of Buddhism and hence is respected and admired by monks. It is also said that if you worship the shrine, you will attain salvation. A tranquil time is what the Monastery will offer you.

5. Jaldapara Wildlife Sanctuary

Dense forests scaling high enough to touch the skies and rich flora and fauna in Jaldapar Wildlife Sanctuary gives a serene feeling. It is also home to Indian one-horned rhinoceros, Indian elephants, spotted deer and many more.  With over 350 different species of birds, yhis place is considered to be a paradise for bird lovers. One hour elephant safari will take you to the insides of the jungle giving you a much better view of the forest. Covered in patches of grass and tall trees,  the Jaldpara Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the best places to visit in Siliguri.

6. Savin Kingdom

Set up amidst tea farms, Savin Kingdom is an amusement park visited by many tourists. If you love fun, adventure and thrill, this amusement park will surely delight you.  It also has a themed castle park which has been set up on the banks of Mahananda River.
