Easter, one of the most important festivals for Christians, is one of the few holidays that does not have a fixed date and is known as a movable feast. It usually falls between March and April. This year, Easter falls on March 26. Celebrated on the Sunday after Good Friday, Easter is the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The bunny on the other hand is similar to Santa Claus and many people give each other a basket of plastic eggs filled with candies. Many also paint eggs for decoration.
