Siliguri is also known for its markets. Hong Kong Market is a famous bazaar, strategically located at Hakim Para in Siliguri. It is one of the top markets that offer international brands along with fancy apparels and accessories. Majority of them deal in the sale of imported goods from China, mostly electronic goods that are sold at nominal rates. So if you’re a techi, exploring the market is a must for you. The market also houses Haveli restaurant, where you can have your share of lip-smacking Indian and Chinese cuisines. Bidhan Market, Hill Cart Road and Sunflower Shopping Mall are other places to shop in Siliguri.
Another market that you must explore is the Seth Srilal Market. Seth Srilal Market is a bustling bazaar, situated right in the heart of the city. It is one of the oldest markets in the city; you’ll see hordes of local residents and travellers here.
