Kerala Tourism: An oasis of pristine beauty and cultural wealth, some captivating destinations from Kerala featured briefly in the latest Amir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer Laal Singh Chaddha. This upcoming comedy-drama was shot in 100 different locations in India and is an official remake of the Hollywood movie ‘Forest Grump.’ It is scheduled to release in August 2022.

A unique tourist destination, Jatayu’s Earth Centre is world’s largest bird statue constructed by tourism department of Kerala in collaboration with famous sculptor Rajiv Anchal in Chadayamangalam, Kollam district in Kerala. It is a colossal statue which sprawls across 65 acres of land. It took about a decade to build this over multi-terrain landscape of valleys, hills, caves and mountains. It is a site which promotes eco tourism as it is poised amidst dense green covers of the Western Ghats.
