Though you may feel exhausted by the steep climb, it’s important to make the most of what’s around you. For the most surreal experience, climb the watch tower that will fall on your way up, and take out those binoculars out to spot a bunch of gaurs and elephants grazing on the valley.

On your way down, enjoy a visit to Nagarhole National Park, for another grand tryst with wildlife. At a distance of 300km from Bangalore, Brahmagiri is the quickest and most stunning weekend escapes for an adventure enthusiast.
