1. Roll instead of fold

The oldest hack in the book is to roll and not fold. Rolling your clothes instead of stacking them on top of the other can be major space-saver and leave more room for other essentials like toiletries and shoes. But here are other hacks that you probably didn’t know. Also Read - Unlock 1.0: Tarapith, Tirupati, Jagannath, Meenakshi Temples | What is Opening And From When?

2. Stack undergarments in shoes

Pack your shoes in a plastic shower cap to keep their bottoms from touching other things but before you do this, stuff them up with your undergarments. This will save space but make sure your shoes are clean and not smelly.

3. Place belts in the collar of your shirts

When packing your belts, roll them and then place them in the collar of your shirts. This will keep the collar stiff and save you some more space. Always carry travel-size accessories that can fit into tiny pouches or bags. And make sure you don’t carry things that you can easily find in a hotel room. Use things like Tic-Tac boxes for storing your accessories such as hair clips and bobby pins and a medicine organizer to keep jewelry like chains and earrings.

4. Keep bags one inside the other

If you like to carry different handbags and purses, make sure you pack them one inside the other. Essentials like deodorants and perfumes can be safely stacked in-between your clothes so that they do not break or spill but make sure you pack them in a zip lock pouch to be extra careful.

5. Wear bulky shoes and coat

Avoid packing bulky shoes and coats but if you need to carry them, make sure you wear them instead of packing them. This will save you space as well as your suitcase will weigh lighter on the scale.
