Located on the Bangalore-Mysore highway, the Panchmukhi Ganesha temple is one of the most famous Ganesha temples in Bengaluru. The temple is known for the massive golden statue of Lord Ganesha installed on its roof. What is special about this statue is that it has five faces giving the temple its name “panch mukhi” which means five-faced. The temple complex also has shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva, Ayappa and Goddess Parvathi. ()
