The Kerala Museum in Kochi is a quiet ethnic building away from the city hustle-bustle. You can see a statue of Parasurama, the sage who is said to have created Kerala, as you are about to enter the museum. The Madhavan Nayar Foundation which is also called the Museum of Kerala History showcases historic episodes from the Neolithic to the modern era using life size figures.
