Believed to be the oldest functioning distillery for Scotch whisky in Asia. It was founded in the 1820s before the establishment of the Kasauli cantonment. The place was picked by Edward Dyer to set up this brewery, as the place was near the springwater and the altitude was similar too Scotland.
