Place Details:
Tamhini falls, also known as Valse, is one of the important tourist attractions inside Kolad. The place is frequented by tourists during the monsoon season as the water gushes through the rocks and makes it a delight to watch. The place offers a breathtaking view of the valley and an opportunity to be in the lap of nature. Swimming and playing in the waterfall is allowed. The fall is surrounded by green dense forest and plenty of species of birds, which migrate from different parts of the world, visit this place. Other popular tourist spots near this waterfall are hot spring and the Kansai waterfalls.
