JAHAN KOSHA CANON

Place Details:

It is a huge canon, built by craftsman Janardan Karmarkar of Dhaka in the 17th century. The canon is 17.5 ft long and weighs 16,880 Ib. Near the canon, tourists can see a mosque, named as Kadam Sharif. It is said that the mosque contains a replica of the footprint of Prophet Muhammad.
