The picturesque waterfall fed by the Ambika River is a favourite among tourists and is frequented by nature lovers. Situated about 3 km from the Waghai Town in Dang District, Gira Falls is a 75 ft fall that emerges from the Kapri Tributary and drops into the Ambika River.

The falls is located on the river Gira near the Girmal village, which is about 8 km west of Shingala. It can either be reached via the road connecting Ahwa and Singala or Navapur and Singala. Vehicles are allowed to a point about one kilometer from the waterfall. From the parking area, the enchanting waterfalls can be reached only by walking.
One must visit Saputara- the only hill station in Gujarat where there are many things to do to keep yourself busy. The most popular attraction here is the Saputara Lake which is located right in the middle of the valley amidst lush greenery. You can hire boats and enjoy the tranquil lake.

Vansda National Park: Originally, a private forest of maharaja of Vansada, the park now covers an area of 24 sq km. Despite its small size, the park has tigers, leopards, pangolin, Rusty-spotted Cat, python, giant squirrel, four-horned antelopes amongst many animals. Prior permission from the Chief Wildlife Warden is required before visiting the park.
Saputara: The picturesque hill station of Saputara, located 50 km from Gira Falls, is perched on a plateau in the Dang forest area of the Sahyadri Range. Saputara is the only hill station in Gujarat and is blessed with natural beauty and bio-diversity and has much to offer in the form of gardens, parks and sanctuaries.
Purna Wildlife Sanctuary: Known to have the thickest forest cover in Gujarat, Purna Wildlife Sanctuary is situated, 50 km from Saputara. Animals include leopards, sloth bears and rhinoceros. The sanctuary also has high tribal population.
