New Delhi: The Kailash Hospital in Noida Sector 27 has received an anonymous bomb threat which has triggered panic on Thursday. Moreover, the incident led to an evacuation of the basement and ground floor of the prominent private hospital. According to updates, the matter was first brought to the attention of Noida Police by Kailash Hospital management soon after the call was received. According to latest information, a search operation is going on in the hospital. The bomb disposal squad is conducting intensive searches in the basement.

Reacting to the phone call, the hospital authorities have evacuated the hospital’s basement and ground floor. As per the police, on Thursday afternoon, a caller called at the reception of Kailash Hospital and informed that there is a bomb in the basement of the hospital. After this, there was a stir in the hospital.

However, police said that the information may also be inaccurate. It may be that a person has made a hoax call to spread panic or annoyance, but the search operation will continue until everything has been checked thoroughly.
