Ghaziabad SHOCKER: Two Brothers Arrested For Raping, Impregnating Their 14-Yr-Old Sister

Two brothers were arrested in Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh for allegedly raping their 14-year-old sister for over a year and impregnating the teenager as a result of the repeated sexual assault.

Ghaziabad Rape: In a disturbing case of incest and pedophilia, two brothers, aged 23 and 20, allegedly raped their own 14-year-old sister for over a year in Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh and impregnated the teenager as a result of the repeated sexual assault.

Ghaziabad Police on Monday said the two brothers were arrested on Sunday following a complaint lodged against them at the Tila Morh police station by their mother. As per the police, the incident came to light on Saturday when the victim, a class 8 student, complained of stomach ache and was taken to a diagnostic centre in Delhi for ultrasound on a doctor’s advice.

However, to the mother’s utter shock, it was revealed that the teenager was 22-weeks pregnant, following which she narrated her ordeal of being repeatedly sexually exploited by her own brothers for over a year, the police said.

She revealed that her brothers had been allegedly sexually exploiting her for the last year, due to which she became pregnant, they added.

A senior police officer said the accused allegedly used to rape the teenager in her mother’s absence and had threatened to kill her if she told anyone about the sexual assault.

“A case has been registered against both the accused under section 376D (gangrape) of the IPC and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act,” said Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) of Shalimar Garden Siddharth Gautam.

The ACP said one accused is 23 years old, while the others is aged 20, adding that both have been arrested and further investigation in the case is underway.
