In the jail, out of the jail on bail well, weather accussed or not this has been a routine for Aam Admi leaders, while CM Arvind Kejriwal is in Tihar Jail, AAP MP Sanjay Singh Gets Bail After 6 Months In Jail In Liquor Policy Case.
Sanjay was arrested by ED last October, and today ED was asked specifically if there was genuine further need for custody of Sanjay Singh – eventually declined to contest the opposition leader’s bail plea, SV Raju said “without going into merits, I will make a concession in the bail matter.
Soon after Singh was granted bail amid the AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal’s arrest Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann took to X and wrote in Punjabi, “Truth always wins. Sanjay Singh got bail. Truth may be suppressed but truth never dies. Long live the revolution.”
Infact, Expressing his happiness over the top court granting bail to Sanjay Singh Raghav Chaddha shared a picture with him and wrote, “Today is a very emotional day for every Aam Aadmi Party worker. There is happiness today with the release of our lion Sanjay Singh which cannot be expressed in words.”
National spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar added, saying, “Today God is with us, Bajrang Bali is with us, truth has won. We were saying from the beginning that this entire case is fake and has been written in the BJP office. Even after about 500 raids, not even a single penny was recovered. Today the Supreme Court also said, what is the point of keeping him in custody when no money trail is found.
Meanwhile Chief Minister Kejriwal was declared the “kingpin” of this alleged scam by the ED and arrested on March 21. Currently Kejriwal continues to run the Delhi government from Tihar Jail till April 15.
