Manipur Police have shared troubling details about a recent incident. Kuki militants used long-range rockets in civilian areas on September 7, targeting two locations in Bishnupur. This attack resulted in the death of a 78-year-old man named RK Rabei and injured six others.
The police have sent security forces to the nearby hill ranges, where the militants are believed to be hiding. They also reported that three bunkers were destroyed in the attack. Senior police officers, including the IG and DIG, have visited the area to oversee and implement immediate responses.
