In a surprising and controversial statement, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko, a close ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin, has blamed US sanctions for the death of Iran’s President Ebrahim Raisi.

Although Iran has denied any wrongdoing in the helicopter crash that killed President, Alexander said that it was the Western sanctions which is the reason for Raisi’s death. Lukashenko, made these remarks during a joint press conference with Vladimir Putin.

Raisi (63) died on May 19 when his helicopter caught fire after hitting a high area in the mountains of northwest Iran. He was buried in his hometown of Mashhad.

He said, As a person, and not as a president, I will say that the vile, disgusting position of the United States led to this. I mean, first of all, the sanctions. These scoundrels had no right to impose sanctions against ships, against planes, helicopters that transport people… They banned their companies from servicing [Raisi’s helicopter]. Therefore, this is also their fault.”

Alexander Lukashenko also said that it does not matter whether this helicopter has been in operation for 40 or 50 years. “Maybe it has been used three times only in these fifty years, it would be fine if properly serviced – but they forbade their companies as well to maintain it.

After this remark let me throw dome light on the preliminary report, so the report said, No suspicious content was observed during the communications between the watch tower and the flight crew. Secondly, Raisi’s helicopter had been flying on a “pre-planned route and did not leave the designated flight path” before the crash.
Thirdly, The wreckage of the helicopter was found by Iranian drones early on Monday. However, the search and rescue teams had difficulty because of the “complexity of the area, fog, and low temperature.”

So after hearing both the ends, are you also wondering that it was US fault or not
