Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un signed an agreement on Wednesday. The agreement says they will help each other if one of them is attacked. This is important because both countries are having problems with Western countries. The details of the agreement are not completely known yet. This could be the strongest connection between Moscow (the capital of Russia) and Pyongyang (the capital of North Korea) since the Cold War ended.
