Air India has put itself in trouble once again. On February 15 2015, Air India refused its passengers who had valid tickets as they had reached the airport 55 minutes before the flight’s departure time while according to their rules, passengers are supposed to reach the airport 1 hours prior. According to the passengers, they had received an SMS which asked them to reach the airport 45 minutes prior to the departure. Inspite of their pleading and fighting, the officials refused to let the passengers in the flight. One of the passengers, Shivendra Namdeo is seen pleading and crying to allowed entry to the plane. Reports says that one of the passenger’s mother was in ICU under serious condition.
