Bollywood star Anushka Sharma is one of the prominent cover girls gracing the leading Indian and international magazines. But this time around, Entrepreneur magazine features Anushka Sharma, the businesswoman and not Anushka Sharma, the actress. The excited star Instagrammed the March edition magazine cover and her star Indian cricket captain boyfriend Virat Kohli was among thousands liking the picture. The 28-year-old is not only an A-listed actress in Hindi film industry but also a successful producer when started her own production company, Clean Slate Films in 2014. Anushka is all set to release second movie made under her home production, Phillauri, which will also see her in a leading role. The latest issue of the business magazine, Entrepreneur, Anushka Sharma features as their cover girl. The March edition titled ‘Shepreneurs – Women to Watch’ has the successful actress-producer in it. She shared the picture of the magazine cover on her Instagram account, and it received 74,522 likes including the one from her beau, Virat Kohli. The Indian cricket captain is a proud boyfriend, and he rightly should be of Anushka Sharma’s achievements.
Anushka Sharma made her Bollywood debut in 2008 with Aditya Chopra’s Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi opposite Bollywood superstar, Shah Rukh Khan. She was all of 19 when she started off her journey as an actress in the glittering cinema industry. Anushka turned into a producer when she began her own production company, Clean Slate Films in 2014 along with her brother, Karnesh Sharma. Their first film made under their production was 2015 crime-thriller, NH10 starring Anushka Sharma and Neil Bhoopalam in lead roles. The film co-produced by Phantom Films went on to achieve landmarks at the box office, marking the arrival of Anushka Sharma, the producer.
At 28 today, Anushka has cemented her place as a successful actress as well as producer. Considered to be one of the few notable outsiders from the film fraternity, the woman is touching the sky.
