Apple 9th September iPhone Event: What To Expect

From iPhones to iPads, here's all you need to know!

Just a few hours to go for the big moment! The all new Apple launch. And while it is more than well known that Apple will unveil the next generation of the iPhone at the event, there’s a lot more to it than what meets the eye. Here’s everything you can expect at the latest Apple 2015 event tonight:

1. iPhone 6S

This one’s a no-brainer really. Like every year, Apple will unveil their latest generation smartphone this time too. And as known by all, the 2015 Apple iPhone will be known as the iPhone 6S and the leaks have been doing rounds for months now! As per the leaks, the greatest new thing Apple will showcase in the iPhone 6S is the Force Touch technology where the phone will sense the pressure of the taps or the gestures and perform functions accordingly. Other than that, it is the new Rose Gold colour that might be the cause for excitement.

2. iPhone 6S Plus

With the absolute debacle that the iPhone 5C was, we weren’t really surprised when we did not see any iPhone 6C in 2014. And we can safely assume that the iPhone 6SC won’t be debuting anytime soon. But then, Apple too decided to enter the phablet fray and launched the iPhone 6 Plus with the iPhone 6S. This time around, the tradition is expected to continue and we will soon be seeing the iPhone 6S Plus. The elder sibling is expected to have the same features as that of the iPhone 6 – but larger than life sized.

3. iPad Pro

While iPhones still make the bulk of Apple sales, iPads are much loved too. Apple has been planning a larger iPad since a long time and with the hints Tim Cook has been dropping, we aren’t surprised. Tim Cook said that iPhone 6S won’t be the top announcement at the Apple event and our guess is that he’s hinting at what’s known in rumour mills as the iPad Pro.

4. Apple TV

Apple is all set to launch an all new APple TV, but this time with a whole lot of improvements. The Apple TV will have the al new Touch Remote, iTunes Store and seamless connectivity.

5. Apple Watch Bands

For all it’s worth, APple is launching new bands for the Apple Watch. And while that doesn’t exactly sound exciting, it does make us belioeve that an iWatch 2.0 is in the works and Apple hasn’t ditched the idea of wearables, just yet.
