San Francisco, Mar 21: Apple iPhone SE – the special edition of the famous iPhone series- will be launched tonight at 10: 30 PM. Apple would unveil a range of its products, the most prominent among them being the ‘iPhone SE’, ‘iPad Pro’ and ‘Apple Watch’ at the company’s intimate Town Hall auditorium in Silicon Valley. Apple users can watch the live streaming of the mega event on their on iPhones, iPads and iPod touch devices that run on iOS 7 or higher.
Apple iPhone SE and iPad Pro 9.7 Inch Launch, which is likely to be kicked-off around 10: 30 PM, can be live streamed on Apple TV (2nd, 3rd and 4th generation). 2nd and 3rd generation Apple TV users need to have software 6.2 or the later downloaded on the system. Ahead of the event, Apple has also launched an Apple Special Event app on App Store for Apple TV. Mac users need to ensure that their computers run on OS X v10.8.5 or later with Safari 6.0.5 browser. The Apple iPhone SE launch event can also be live streamed on desktops, which runs on Windows 10 and have Microsoft Edge browser. Mac users, who have computers running on OS X v10.8.5 or later with Safari 6.0.5 browser, can also watch the live streaming of the launch event. If your system runs on Linux or older version of Windows, you can watch the live stream on VLC Player. To get the live stream, users need to go to Media > Open Network Stream, and paste the link to Apple’s streaming page.
In addition to the iPhone SE, Apple is also expected to launch the 9.7 inch iPad Pro, iOS 9.3 version and new ‘Apple Watch’. The price of iPhone SE would be at around USD 450 (approximately Rs 30,000) for the 16GB variant.
