When you are mother, you’re a mother. There is no such thing as a full time mother or a single mother or anything else. But it’s easier said than done and especially in a society like ours, where people think it’s their birthright to snoop around to check out their neighbour’s whereabouts. In Myntra’s latest advertising campaign video ‘Bold is Beautiful’, they have touched upon several sensitive issues and one of them being the plight of a single mother in India.

In the series of Bold is Beautiful videos, one of them Anouk – Bold Is Beautiful | The Whispers depicts the life of an average single mother living in an Indian society. With the presence of no surprising factors like concerned, snooping neighbours to leching uncles, the society makes it difficult for a single mom to raise her child. Time and again she would be reminded of the fact that she is incomplete without her husband, the father of her child. Also Watch: Bold is Beautiful: The man of her dreams is a girl!

The latest video is quite refreshing as despite the presence of non required elements, the mother is strong enough to battle her difficulties through. She is neither sobbing over her state nor scared to raise her child single-handedly. Kudos to the makers of such inspiring advertisements.
