Barack Obama to feature in 'Running Wild with Bear Grylls' (Watch sneak peek)

President of United States of America (USA) Barack Obama will appear on the popular NBC show ‘Running Wild with Bear Grylls’ in its special episode. Bear Grylls (real name: Edward Michael Grylls) is a British TV celebrity and adventurer who is popularly known for his show ‘Man vs Wild’. As part of NBC’s summer shows in 2015, NBC’s Running Wild with Bear Grylls follows Bear Grylls as he takes eight stars into the most remote and pristine locations around the world for a 48-hour journey of a lifetime.

Here is the sneak peak of  ‘Running Wild with Bear Grylls’ in which Barack Obama is seen trekking with Bear Grylls through the Alaskan wilderness in an effort to highlight the effects of climate change in that area. The NBC will air the episode later this year. This season, the series will take viewers to the jungles of Panama and the far reaches of the Italian Alps to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and red rocks of Utah. The intrepid cast members will face their deepest fears and tackle everything from skydiving to repelling as they journey through some of the world’s most unforgiving wildernesses.

Pushing their minds and bodies to the limit to complete their journeys, they will experience the excitement of being dropped into uncharted territory and tackling the wilderness head-on, which will be daunting and draining, but also very empowering.
