McDonald’s burgers can be eaten after years without getting rotten. A YouTuber Matt Nadin from Yorkshire proved that he actually can eat McD’s burger after one year. Nadin decided to take the ‘McDonald’s 365 challenge’ on his 40th birthday. Now the video of him eating the 14-month old food is going viral online. The 32-minute video posted on YouTube has been viewed more than 73,000 views. Also Read - Rajasthan Teacher Gets Suspended For Performing Naagin Dance During Training Programme- Watch
Matt Nadin bought the burger meal, consisting of a Big Mac, fries and chocolate milkshake in November 2018. It was packed in an air-tight plastic container, which was then buried in a hole in Matt’s friend Andy Thompson’s garden. After a year, Matt dug the meal before his 40th birthday in November 2019, but could not eat for some reason. When he finally did, two more months had passed. After retrieving the fermented McDonald’s meal, both Matt and his friend went to the same outlet from where they purchased the meal. In his bid to prove his talent of eating stale food without throwing up, he then begins savouring the fungi-infested meal.
Matt and Andy took the mouldy food back to the McDonald’s restaurant where they originally purchased it before Matt tucked into the stomach-churning meal. The video posted to the daring duo’s YouTube channel Beeper Beef shows Matt gagging and struggling to swallow the gone-off food. From the first bite, Matt admits there’s a funny taste to the food as he tries the freezing cold Big Mac.
Shockingly, the prankster manages to consume all of the chips covered in green mould and the chocolate milkshake looking like dirt in just 20 minutes.
Matt said “The chips were horrendous, there was just no moisture in them at all. The burger actually wasn’t too bad. It was soggy underneath and the lettuce tasted gone-off but the meat was just hard.” He compared the fizzy milkshake to a fruit smoothie.
