2. Drink lots of water

Keep yourself hydrated. Dehydration can be another issue you many face when stress level rises. It is mostly because children don’t drink water or at times cannot drink water with the pressure increasing.

3. Talk to your loved one

Talk to the person who always makes you happy. There sure is someone who brings a smile on your face. Be it your friend, lover, parents, talk to them, and you will feel relieved. Be surrounded by happy people. If you have a pet spend time with him.

4. Eat what makes you happy

For most of them it is something sweet, if not eat anything that you always crave. Keep yourself happy and don’t bring out any negativity. Bring on the pizzas, coke or samosas.

5. Be positive

Stop thinking of all of those things which will happen if you do not crack the exam. Be confident about your results and expect something that will make you happy. Being positive is one of the most important things that will keep your confidence.
