Courteney Cox loved directing ex-husband David Arquette

"Friends" alum Courteney Cox says she more than enjoyed directing her ex-husband David Arquette in her directorial debut "Just Before I Go".

Los Angeles, May 7: “Friends” alum Courteney Cox says she more than enjoyed directing her ex-husband David Arquette in her directorial debut “Just Before I Go”. Cox, 50, was married to him for 11 years until 2013, reported Us magazine.
“I love David’s performance in the movie. It’s so nice to direct someone you know so well because you know their go-tos and you know what they fall back on…

“I really liked working with him. David was really open ? all the actors were ? they really put a lot of trust in me, which was great,” she said. Cox is also busy searching for her next big film to direct.

“I’m just looking right now, reading, and I have no idea what I want to do next, but I want it to be a character piece of some sort. I don’t know if it’ll be a comedy or a drama ? I also love thrillers! I’m open,” she said.
