If the world with its protests, riots, bush fires and pandemic COVID-19 was turning any less bearable, Internet sensation Dhinchak Pooja dropped another cringe-worthy number, Hoga Na Corona, to her list of fatal tracks. Giving the Internet something to amuse themselves while killing the boredom of self-quarantine, Pooja’s new track is an unapologetic Coronavirus special song. Taking to her Instagram handle, the ex-Bigg Boss contestant shared the news excitedly and half a minute into the song, we feel our survival rates might have just dipped further, Corona or no Corona. The one minute fifty five seconds song preaches a healthy lifestyle as a precautionary measure to the fast-spreading COVID-19, that is if we survive this so-bad-it’s-good song. Pooja captioned the video, “New video song out on my YouTube channel Hogs na corona #coronavirus #itscoronatime #coronachallenge (sic).” The video has already garnered over 2 lakh views on YouTube while still going strong. Dhinchak Pooja has earlier impressed with songs like Naach Ke Paagal (2019), Selfie Maine Le Li Aaj (2017), Daaru (2016), Dilon Ka Shooter (2017), Baapu Dede Thoda Cash (2017) and Aafreen Fathima Bewafa Hai (2017) among others. She had also participated in the reality show Bigg Boss as the wild card entry. In Bigg Boss, Pooja was a trump card and it backfired badly on her. She made her exit from the show soon after entering and did not quite get to the audience her real side, neither she got a chance to get in her element. A little crying and a little rapping there was not enough to help her survive on the show. But after her eviction, her popularity seems to have grown.

During IPL 2018, Dhinchak Pooja came up with a song and dedicated it to MS Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings (CSK). She also rapped for them while explaining the formula for emerging as a winner. The video was titled as ‘Chennai Super Kings (CSK Will Win) IPL2018’.
