If you are parents to young children or even have young siblings or cousins, here’s a video that must be watched. For it will help you make the kids aware of the rising cases of child sexual abuse. If you remember watching the second episode of Aamir Khan’s TV show Satyamev Jayate that was centred around sexual abuse, you will recall how at the end of the episode, Aamir informs children how to identify ‘Good Touch’ and ‘Bad Touch’. This is what you need to do with your children, too, to make them aware of anything bad that might happen to them due to closeness to someone they know.

This video gives you more tips on how to be firm and talk to your children about avoiding sexual abuse in a manner that they will understand. Just make them understand that anybody touching their private parts is a strict No-no. Also tell them that they are not supposed to keep any secrets from you – No secrets! The third thing would be for them to always inform the parents about their whereabouts.
