The hot actress has been in a relationship with Andrew, who is from Australia and a photographer by profession. But this sweet photograph of Ileana D’Cruz sharing a romantic moment with her boyfriend turned out to become a nasty affair – courtesy the atrocious online trolls. Ileana was subjected to vile and outright disgusting comments for dating a ‘firangi’ (foreigner) and of course, ruining the sanskari Indian culture by uploading an intimate moment!

A barrage of vile comments has been posted in the comments section for that particular image. The first few comments are posted by Ileana D’Cruz’s heartbroken fans who are seen taking light-hearted digs at the Baadshaho actress. After reading more of the comments, one can read outright offensive comments, mainly targeted at the female star for choosing a foreigner over an Indian as her life partner. While some users expressed their disappointment over the 29-year-old dating Andrew, there are many who simply racist. Calling Andrew Kneeborn as ‘too old and ugly’ to ‘filthy gora’ (disgusting white dude), the comments are simply crass.

OUTRIGHT DISGUSTING

Online trolling of celebrities, especially female stars have become so common that one would think it is best to ignore them or now write about them. But how does a person keep calm reading nasty remarks one after another for a public figure who is not just an actress but also an inspiration to many. The pathetic comments are racist, sexist, attacking Ileana D’Cruz’s character, questioning her parents and their upbringing and partner. An Instagrammer actually had this to write, “Her mom dad inspired that her girl is being western lol…..” while another posted ‘anal pasand hoga shayad’ (must be interested in anal sex). Well, these are self-appointed protectors of Indian culture who are venting out their anger by using most ugly remarks for the actress (a woman) they accuse of destroying the country’s tradition under Western influence.  Lovely irony.
